After-School Program Application

2024-2025 School Year

 

Dear IS 75 families,

 

I’m pleased to inform you that we are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year! We hope your child/ren will be part of the FREE UAU-SONYC After-School Program at IS 75.

 

This year you can complete the application online at Discover DYCD. 

It is best to access Discover DYCD on a laptop/desktop computer, please search the program by the zip code (10312)

All applications are required to have an up-to-date medical signed and stamped by a medical doctor.

You are unable to upload the medical to Discover DYCD's website.

Unfortunately, there will be no paper applications this year.

 

Program begins Monday, September 16th, 2024 through Friday,  June 13th, 2025.

Program operates Monday through Friday, from school dismissal to 5:15, and requires a minimum of 3 days attendance per week. Snack will be provided.

 

*Applications must be fully completed via Discover DYCD (medical included) to be eligible for a spot in the UAU program.*

Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. *Submitting an application and medical does not guarantee your spot in the UAU program.
