After-School Program Application

2023-2024 School Year

 

Dear IS 75 families,

 

I’m pleased to inform you that we are currently accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year! We hope your child/ren will once again be part of the FREE UAU-SONYC After-School Program at IS 75.

 

This year you can complete the application online at Discover DYCD. 

All applications are required to have an up-to-date medical signed and stamped by a medical doctor.

You are unable to upload the medical to Discover DYCD's website

Unfortunately, there will be no paper applications this year.

 

Program begins Monday, September 18th, 2023 through Friday,  June 14th, 2024.

Program operates Monday through Friday, from school dismissal to 5:15, and requires a minimum of 3 days attendance per week. Snack will be provided.

 

*Applications must be fully completed via Discover DYCD (medical included) to be accepted into the program*

 

Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.

Our returning families are given first priority, please be sure to send in all the necessary documents ASAP!

Priority enrollment for returning families ends Friday, August 18th.
