Over the course of three days (November 29-December 1) our social studies teachers will be bringing their 8th grade students to Ellis Island as we finish up our immigration unit.

On November 29, Mrs. LaPorta, Mr. Ferraro and Mrs. Matolak will be taking classes 813, 809, 803, 812, 811, 817, 818, and 819.

On November 30, Mr. Palmieri, Ms. Comello, and Mr. Gale will be taking classes 801, 804, 806, 810, 802, and 816.

On December 1, Mr. Brady will be taking classes 814, 808, 805, 815, and 807.

Please note that participation in class trips is contingent upon behavior and overall academic standing. Factors that influence a child’s overall standing include lateness, class performance, behavior, homework, effort, attitude, and grades. A conduct grade of N, for any reason, may be grounds for exclusion in such events.
